Fees are including conference activities, conference dinner, lunch and refreshments, conference documents. 

The expense of every single meal is less than 60 €.

Event preparation and organisation are associated with financial and human resources. We ask for your understanding, that cancellations up to six weeks prior to the event will be charged with a service fee of 50 % of the participation fee. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100 % of the participation fee will be charged.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation of participation can only be refunded if the cancellation is received in time:

by 12 September 2022: 50% of the participation fee
from 13 September 2022: no refund possible

The participation fee for presenting authors (for all kinds of presentations) whose papers were accepted for the programme cannot be refunded in any case.

Double room: from 179.00 €/night incl. breakfast
